MOTIVATE HOME SERVICES

 

Motivate is provides residential care in thirteen locations throughout the greater metro.

Motivate is founded on the principle that every person deserves the chance to succeed. We accept clients that other agencies would simply deny. Individuals with histories of past physical aggression, those who struggle with homelessness, substance abuse, and criminal records. We see past these shortcomings and know that with the right setting, the right staff, and the right nursing team we can help those same individuals who have failed to now succeed.

Motivate boasts a strong nursing team that is the foundation of our residential program. We currently have five full-time nurses, allowing for unparalleled case management, behavioral intervention, and frequent nursing visits. In addition to our commitment to heavy nursing oversight, we pride ourselves on excellent staffing ratios, extensive staff training programs, and programs that are innovative and work to meet the needs of our clients.

We believe that ongoing staff education is necessary for both a positive living environment and health outcomes for our clients. We take the time to educate about psychiatric disorders, medication management, available therapies, behavioral management, and crisis intervention.

In all our homes we have the ability to manage complex medical needs like sliding scale diabetics, injectables, wound care, and oxygen.

Motivate works to create individualized, realistic care plans that are the least restrictive possible. This type of “real world” approach takes a team that truly loves what they do. The nursing staff at Motivate have a combined 36 years of mental health experience and that shows from our easy assessment process, realistic approach to creating care plans, and the ability to be flexible as our clients' needs change.
